February 2025 Caretakers Summit Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in this free education summit for Rhode Island Caregivers! This form is for vendors and other tabling organizations. If you are a caregiver who wants to register this event, please instead use the participant form, which you can access by clicking here.

This year's summit will be held on February 21 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the CCRI Knight Campus (400 East Ave, Warwick, RI 02886)

The program will include lectures on the challenges caregivers face, the support and resources available to them, and the ways in which they can practice self-care. Additionally, local advocacy groups and vendors will be available to share information about the services available to patients and caregivers in Rhode Island.
