You can use the form below to register for admission to the event. Please complete the form for each person in your party who plans to attend.

This year's summit will be held on February 21 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the CCRI Knight Campus (400 East Ave, Warwick, RI 02886)

The program will include lectures on the challenges caregivers face, the support and resources available to them, and the ways in which they can practice self-care. Additionally, local advocacy groups and vendors will be available to share information about the services available to patients and caregivers in Rhode Island.
